In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698 ("KVKK"), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life in the processing of personal data, and in accordance with the Notification on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation, with this Clarification Text, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by DSS Distribution Systems Solutions & Logistic Services Incorporated Inc.

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER AND THE SCOPE OF THE CLARIFICATION TEXT

DSS processes your personal data as "Data Supervisor" within the scope of KVKK and related regulations. Within the scope of this clarification text, it is aimed to inform our customers and customer authority / representatives and customer employees.

Your personal data obtained within the scope of your relationship with DSS can be processed for the following purposes;

carrying out business activities,
checking the compliance of projects with customer demands, class rules and legislation and carrying out design and production activities,
carrying out financial and accounting affairs,
ensuring the transfer of our customers and representatives from abroad
carrying out logistics activities
planning the supply chain,
carrying out the procurement of goods / services
carrying out goods / service sales and after-sales support activities
carrying out the production and operation processes of goods / services

carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation,

Your personal data, in accordance with the purposes stated in article 3 of this Clarification Text and in accordance with the conditions specified in article 8 and 9 of the KVKK; can be shared with suppliers that the we cooperate and receive services, visa brokerage firms, banks and financing companies, organizations that we receive consultancy on legal / financial / tax / operational issues, transportation and logistics companies, our company's subsidiaries abroad and related parties in globally executed services, cloud service and e-mail services of our business partners' servers abroad, authorized public institutions and organizations.

5. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

in accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,,
if your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this process,
learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose or not,
to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
request deletion or removal of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated,
in case your personal data is corrected, deleted or removed, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
request compensation in case of any damage due to your personal data being processed illegally.
